1) Identify Scope of Work/Project Definition

We understand the importance of getting down to the ‘nitty gritty’ and finding out exactly what our clients want and how we can add value to their brand and corporate strategy. We can assist you in putting together tender documents that capture all of the relevant information and provide thought processes that may have been overlooked.

2) Event Conceptualisation

Before your event has event taken place you will feel like you have already experienced it. We take you on the Events Authority journey beforehand so there are no surprises on the day or night. From the initial conceptualisation, we take into account your core brand values and what you are trying to achieve, we then demonstrate how we can achieve this and how to measure the return. We are committed to designing and orchestrating every detail so that the flow of the original concept is linked throughout. We use the five-sense approach during this process — Look, Hear, Taste, Smell, Experience

3) Event Planning

We treat our clients as business partners, which enables us to forge the closest of ties with everyone we work with. Our clients receive a detailed project plan that is constantly updated throughout the planning process, with crystal clear tasks and accountabilities. Our success is based on strong client management and communication we adopt throughout this process and pre-empting situations to proactively solving any issues.Our clients receive a budget from the outset that is continually communicated and agreed upon throughout the planning stages.

4) Event Execution

Your Events Authority Account Manager manages your event on site and co-ordinates with the events team. We hand pick the onsite team, including the partners that we work with. We have service level agreements with those preferred partners, ensuring quality and service delivery remains paramount. As a result, you can expect to experience a smooth, seamless operation in which every detail is taken care of. Our teams are qualified and fully versed in adapting to last-minute changes. We believe in strong communication, in both the lead up and onsite execution of the event. This is one of the keys to our success.

5) Event Measurement and Evaluation

Whereas most event management companies will stop after event execution, our service and experience continues through to measuring the relationship of the value received for the event to the cost of the event. Our Account Managers use varying methods to calculate this, depending on the requirements of the event and what you feel is appropriate. It might be through evaluation forms onsite, or post-event capturing of the satisfaction levels of the attendees or guests, through to media/press coverage gained on the event. Finally, we collate this information and provide you with a detailed event evaluation report on the achievement of your objectives.
